Spend the Holiday’s with The Glens Golf Group

Holiday Gift ideas

There is no getting around it, the holiday season is here! Thanksgiving is a week away, which means Christmas is just around the corner. If your holiday plans include traveling this season, consider visiting Myrtle Beach. Take advantage of the lower gas prices; pack up your car and family and head to the beach. While the temperatures have surely dropped in the northeast, Myrtle Beach remains mild with the average temperature in the 50’s during the day.

The Village at the Glens located just north of Myrtle Beach in Little River, SC is offering guests a discount now through December 31. Stay in a two-bedroom fully furnished condo for three nights for $325, tax included. The Village at the Glens also has three-bedroom villas for larger groups.  For more information or to book, call Elise at 866-259-0558.

Myrtle Beach is known as “The Golf Capital of the World,” therefore if you are interested in playing golf while at the beach The Glens Golf Group offers golfers the most affordable tee times and golf packages around. Plus, junior golfers play for free with a paying adult so don’t leave the kids at home, bring them!

The Glens Golf Group consists of four golf courses along the Grand Strand. Each course offers golfers qualities that the others do not, but they do have one thing in common: they are a collection of great golf courses!

Possum Trot Golf Course is located in North Myrtle Beach, SC and has been named, “The Friendliest Golf Course.” This 18-hole golf course is perfect for all levels and ages. Plus, each hole is uniquely named which will amuse any golfer.

Shaftesbury Glen Golf and Fish Club is located in Conway, SC just west of Myrtle Beach. Shaftesbury Glen is an 18-hole golf course that offers a wide-open fairway and tree lined fairways. This course is also a great course for a diverse golfer and great for all ages.

Heather Glen Golf Course is located in Little River, SC and is home to the Village at the Glens. This is a 27-hole golf course that is a little more difficult than the other courses mentioned above, but the setting of the course is spectacular: live oaks, tall pines, marsh and waterway views. Play 9, 18 or 27 – golfers won’t be disappointed.

The final Glens Golf Group course is Glen Dornoch Golf Course. Across the street from its sister course, Heather Glen, Glen Dornoch also has a beautiful natural setting right on the Intracoastal Waterway. This 18-hole golf course has been coined with the toughest finishing holes in Myrtle Beach as the 9th and 18th holes share a double green.

Choose all four courses or play one, The Glens Golf Group has an option for every golfer every day of the year – even during the holidays.
